Return Policy: To request a Return Authorization number, please email trampolineheadquarters@gmail.com. Return Authorization must be requested and obtained within 30 days of the original purchase. Purchases outside of the 30 day limit will not be accepted for a return. Trampoline Headquarters is not responsible for return shipments. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned orders.
Shipping Info
At this time, Trampoline Headquarters only ships to locations within the continental United States. We do not currently ship international, nor to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. All orders are subject to approval.
Products are shipped in 1 - 3 boxes.
Please allow 7 - 15 days for delivery.
Product is delivered direct to your door via UPS home delivery.
Prices and orders will be confirmed before shipment.
Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders
